Job summary

Wayside-Youth- is seeking an HR Analyst in Framingham to support People & Culture and Finance through analytics, HRIS administration, payroll processing support, and compliance reporting.

You will partner with the Director of People & Culture, Payroll Manager, CIO, and Finance team to ensure accurate employee data, timely payroll processing, and insightful workforce analytics that drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, payroll, HRIS, analytics, or related functions.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• HR Analytics & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and analyze workforce reports and dashboards.
• Track turnover, retention, vacancies, demographics, engagement, and other workforce metrics.
• Support annual workforce analysis and strategic planning initiatives.
• Create reports using HRIS, payroll, Excel, Acumatica and Power BI platforms.
• Audit employee data and ensure data integrity across systems.
