Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a senior HR analytics professional to lead consultative engagements with internal HR clients, identifying strategic information needs and managing analytic projects that support the company's objectives.

You will build analytical capabilities across HR, design dashboards and reports, gather requirements, and educate leaders on the value of HR data assets. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Experience in HR analytics in a retail or large services organization.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with advanced analytics.
• Experience with HR and Payroll processes.
• Six Sigma training/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses of HR, Payroll and related data to identify trends and root causes.
• Design and implement analytical tools and dashboards to improve decisions.
• Gather requirements and manage analytics projects with IT and HR Services.
• Educate HR clients on analytical tools and opportunities to leverage data assets.
• Present findings to senior HR and business leaders to influence decisions.
