Job summary

The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB Health) seeks a Lead HR Analytics and Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and sustain enterprise HR data and analytics solutions in a healthcare setting.

You will build Power BI reports and governed models, develop Azure Data Factory pipelines, and manage HR data warehouse resources in partnership with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading HR analytics and BI development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex HR analytics and data solutions.
• Build Power BI reports and governed semantic models.
• Develop and manage Azure Data Factory pipelines and Logic Apps.
• Administer and monitor the HR data warehouse in Azure.
• Collaborate with HR, Information Services, Finance, and auditors to deliver secure workforce data.
• Provide time-sensitive analyses and respond to leadership requests.
