Qualifications

• One year as a Human Resource Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent federal government title, as determined by OA) or
• Three years of analytical experience that includes two years of professional human resource experience, and a bachelor’s degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Contract Guidance: Interpret collective bargaining agreements and monitor consistent application across assigned areas
• Investigation Support: Coordinate fact finding steps and review disciplinary needs based on evidence and past practice
• Case Preparation: Prepare and present cases for committees and participate in hearings when required
• Issue Resolution: Gather details, evaluate concerns, and recommend actions related to arrests or charges according to policy
• Record Tracking: Update required systems, maintain temporary assignment records, and oversee bulletin postings
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule labor management meetings, prepare agendas, and record information for follow up
