Job summary

The Superior Court of California, County of Alameda is seeking an HR Analyst I/II (Integrated Disability Management Coordinator) to support Workers’ Compensation Administration, ADAAA and FEHA Disability Coordination, and Ergonomics Management within the Human Resources Division at the Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.

The division may fill the vacancy at either HR Analyst I or II level; responsibilities include policy guidance, training, and staff supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in public administration, human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in public administration, human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Experience: For HRA I, two years of professional personnel experience in three areas: classification, compensation, employee relations, recruitment and selection, benefits, or training.
• Experience: For HRA II, two years of professional personnel experience in three areas.
• Substitution: Additional qualifying work experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Workers’ Compensation program and inform injured employees about benefits and procedures.
• Audit and report lost work time and monitor Return-To-Work program.
• Develop and conduct employee and supervisory training programs.
• Coordinate ADAAA/PWFA and FEHA training for supervisors.
• Assist in administrative tasks and assist in department operations.
