Job Description And Duties

Under the general supervision of the Chief, Office of Human Rights (OHR); and under direction of the Supervisor I. The Analyst II serves as an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Coordinator assigned to DSH-Coalinga. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, facilitating reasonable and religious accommodations, conducting discrimination complaint intake, processing and tracking EEO inquiries, coordinating and conducting EEO training, providing EEO guidance to staff, supervisors, and managers, providing consultation to the Executive Director, and special projects.
