Job summary

Eaton’s Bussmann Division in Ellisville, MO is seeking an HR Analyst to manage essential HR records, respond to queries, and analyze HR data to provide rapid solutions. This on-site role supports compliance and administrative functions of the HR department.

The position handles recruiting tasks, maintains personnel files, and collaborates with EHS to ensure safety compliance. A Bachelor’s in HR or related field and internship/work experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field from an accredited institution
• Internship/work experience in HR or related business field required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of facility will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

Responsibilities

• Strategically deliver HR services and initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
• Support employee queries and HR system tickets; use site policies and processes.
• Participate in site Engagement Committee and drive positive relations.
• Update site communications within the DC and Division.
• Lead or support HR projects and use data insights for decision making.
• Coordinate disability claims, leaves of absence, and workers’ comp with HR Services and TPA.
