• Recruitment and Selection: plan materials, screen applications, coordinate with hiring managers, and monitor background checks.
• Benefits Administration: coordinate medical/dental/vision and other benefits, manage billing, open enrollment, and educate employees.
• HRIS Administration: manage bi-weekly HRIS processing, implement pay/benefit changes, and generate HRIS reports.
• Training & Development: identify and coordinate training, oversee in-house programs, and support training administration.
• Research & Reporting: conduct research, analyze data, prepare reports and present findings to management.
