Qualifications

• Four years of professional experience in management analysis, program planning, program research or administrative work.
• Bachelor’s degree substitution on a year-for-year basis.
• Preference for candidates with HR recruitment/selection experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide advanced administrative support between the HQA Deputy Secretary’s Office and eight bureaus.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agency rules and DMS guidelines for personnel management.
• Represent the agency at job fairs and recruitment events; assist with logistics and communications.
