Samsung Electronics America in Plano, TX is seeking an AI Specialist to build, test, and support AI and automation solutions for the North America Shared Service Center. You will work hands-on with SSC teams to capture requirements, maintain AI knowledge content, and drive day-to-day adoption.

Responsibilities include configuring AI tools, maintaining HR policy content, creating training materials, and delivering AX status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years in HR technology, process improvement, automation, or digital tools.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and strong AI interest.
• Strong documentation, analytical and communication skills.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Human Resources or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR technology, process improvement, automation or digital tools.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and strong interest in AI.
• Strong documentation, analytical and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with process automation (e.g., RPA, low-code or workflow tools, Python).
• Experience coordinating or supporting cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of HR processes and Workday.
• Experience with chatbot or conversational AI platforms (e.g., Cognigy).
