Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Director/Head of AI Enablement & Automation in HR to define and drive enterprise AI strategies across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver employee-centric digital experiences that boost productivity and engagement.

The role requires 7+ years in digital transformation and HR tech, with hands-on experience in generative AI, ML, and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (HR, Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related); Master's/MBA preferred.
7+ years leading digital transformation, HR technology/automation/product/HR workforce experience initiatives.
Experience executing enterprise AI/automation/digital transformation strategy.
Experience with generative AI, conversational AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and/or RPA.
Experience leading global cross-functional teams; strong HR process knowledge (Hire-to-Retire).
Change leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise HR AI Enablement and Automation strategy aligned to workforce experience vision and business priorities.
Lead identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-driven capabilities and automation across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
Partner with HR, IT, Digital Product Managers, and business leaders to deliver employee-centric digital experiences improving productivity, efficiency, and engagement.
Establish and prioritize an AI-enabled workforce experience roadmap based on business value and readiness.
Drive adoption of generative AI, conversational AI, intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, and machine learning in HR services.
Develop governance for responsible, ethical, compliant, and secure AI use.
Define/track KPIs, value realization metrics, and operational outcomes.
Lead cross-functional transformation to simplify HR processes and reduce manual effort.
Foster innovation, experimentation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.
