Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director to advance AI-enabled business transformation across Global Clinical Operations. You will drive analytics, automation, and digital capabilities to improve efficiency and decision making within clinical operations.

The role emphasizes designing low-code solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and promoting responsible AI usage in a fast-paced pharma environment.

Qualifications

Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; translate data into actionable recommendations.
Hands-on data science and AI/ML methodologies.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of healthcare claims and EHR data; exposure to U.S. real-world data sources.
Excellent communication and relationship-building across functions.

Responsibilities

Support GCO business transformation strategy aligned with clinical operations priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve operational performance via analytics, automation, and digital capabilities.
Design and deploy low-code/no-code solutions and analytics assets across enterprise platforms.
Develop repeatable frameworks and reusable assets to accelerate AI adoption.
Act as business lead for one or more digital platforms.
