Qualifications
- PhD or Masters in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or another quantitative social science related field.
- Prior work experience in consulting or professional services role is not required, but having this background is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to design robust, insight-rich models.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex client engagements and deliver high-impact analytics solutions for pay equity, workforce planning, and incentive design.
- Supervise associates on the team and contribute to thought leadership for Equity Methods' HR advisory practice.
- Translate analysis results into plain-English recommendations for CHROs and compensation executives.
- Build predictive models and perform pay equity studies using data from client engagements.
- Capitalize on econometric methods to benchmark compensation and interpret regulatory considerations.
