Job summary

You will partner with Operations and Management to deliver HR programs and foster a compliant, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience including employee relations, training and compliance.
• Experience developing employee training programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to generate management reports from HR data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer training and employee development programs.
• Support performance management processes and align with policies.
• Assist with employee relations, onboarding, recruitment.
• Prepare and audit HR reports and compliance documentation.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on HR matters.
• Support redevelopment of shareholder development programs.
