Infosys BPM in the United Kingdom is recruiting an HR Advisor to join its shared services HR advisory team on a full-time, hybrid basis in South Birmingham. You will handle first-line HR queries, research information, triage inquiries to specialists and support managers with documentation, while upholding SLAs and KPIs.

The role offers a pathway from generalist HR into specialist areas such as employee relations and requires strong English communication, customer focus and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Passion for Human Resources demonstrated in studies or work
• Strong customer focus within a customer-oriented environment
• Confident communicator with strong oral and written English
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport over the telephone
• IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
• Solution-oriented with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Able to work on own initiative and within a team

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR responses to inquiries via telephone and case management system
• Research, locate and provide HR information and escalate as needed
• Triaging and routing inquiries to appropriate resources or specialists
• Deliver excellent customer experience and log call details accurately
• Support managers with letter writing for first-response calls
• Adhere to SLAs and KPIs
