Job summary

Chase & Holland are seeking an HR Advisor to join their Scarborough team. You will provide guidance on employment within the organisation, lead ER cases and support line managers on HR policies and procedures.

You will contribute to HR policy development, report on HR data, and support induction and training activities. The role requires practical HR experience and strong stakeholder relationships in a not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• CIPD desirable but not essential.
• Relevant Level 3 qualification.
• Experience within a similar role and use of HR systems.
• Ability to assist in or lead the process of concluding casework and build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coaching managers by providing effective advice on how to fairly manage staff in line with values, best practice and employment law.
• Leading on ER cases from start to finish and supporting line managers.
• Supporting across HR to ensure effective outcomes.
• Contributing to development of HR policies, practices and procedures with review, planning, implementation and consistent application.
• Participating in initiatives to drive improvements across the organisation.
• Producing HR data and MI from systems for reporting purposes.
• Assisting with induction and training delivery.
• Analyzing data to identify patterns and drive continuous improvement.
