Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confidentiality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll operations including timecard audits, attendance tracking, payroll reporting, and inquiries.
• Train employees on timekeeping procedures, punch codes, and time-off requests.
• Assist supervisors with timecard reviews and corrections.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
