Job summary

Trillium is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our Canton, MA team. You will serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, manage the HRIS, and support employee onboarding, benefits, and records.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, cross‑functional collaboration, and accurate data entry in Paychex, Paycor, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Google Workspace. You will assist in surveys, trainings, and payroll-related tasks while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of prior administrative experience.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paychex, Paycor, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and Google Workspace.
• Experience supporting recruitment activities (posting ads, scheduling interviews).
• Knowledge of HR policies and basic employment laws is a plus.
• Background in customer service or roles requiring strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for HR inquiries at the Canton location and through HRIS.
• Manage the HR ticketing system and route questions to Sr. HR Generalist when needed.
• Maintain the Employee Benefits Portal and review eligibility quarterly.
• Maintain physical employee records and filing standards.
• Administer LMS tasks in Paychex LMS and various HR forms and surveys.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and orientations.
• Support HR communications, reports, and incentive programs.
