We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The HR Administrator will assist with employee records, onboarding, benefits administration, HR documentation, payroll coordination, compliance support, and employee inquiries.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Prepare employment documentation, offer letters, HR forms, and other correspondence.
Coordinate new-hire paperwork, background checks, and employment verification.
Assist with benefits enrollment and employee benefits questions.
Maintain HR databases and employee information systems.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate employee information and timely processing.
Track employee attendance, leave, and time-off records.
Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Respond to routine employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist with performance review and employee development processes.
Help ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements.
Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Assist the HR team with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic HR practices and employment procedures.
Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, and applicant-tracking systems.
Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills.
