Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an HR Administrator for a full-time role in our Strafford, Missouri manufacturing facility. You will support recruiting, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on accurate records and efficient processes.

Working closely with the HR team, you’ll help prepare offer letters, coordinate interviews, run employee checks, maintain confidential files, and assist with HR reporting and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years of HR, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Full-Time | Manufacturing Environment
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting people? Join our team as an HR Administrator and play a key role in supporting recruiting, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

In this position, you'll work closely with our HR team to help create a positive employee experience while ensuring accurate records, smooth processes, and exceptional administrative support.

What You'll Do
