The HR Administrator will focus on payroll accuracy, employee records, leave administration, and HR system support for about 120 employees.
Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an HR Administrator for our partner, an established organization seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to support its growing team and day-to-day people operations. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring three days per week onsite, with flexibility to work from either New York, NY or Arlington, VA.
The HR Administrator will play an important role in supporting HR operations for an organization of approximately 120 employees, with primary responsibility for accurate and timely payroll administration. This position will also support employee records, leave administration, employee inquiries, EOR processes, and other essential HR functions. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable independently managing detailed processes while collaborating closely with internal leadership.
This position offers a competitive annual salary of $90,000–$110,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite and the flexibility to work from either the New York, NY or Arlington, VA location.
