Our HR Tech Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier technical talent to support Project Assistant’s growth and innovation objectives. This role combines traditional recruiting expertise with deep understanding of technology roles and modern sourcing techniques. The HR Tech Recruiter reports directly to the CEO and works closely with Team Leads to fulfill strategic hiring needs.

Responsibilities
  • Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant sourcing platforms
  • Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms
  • Identify specialized skills and qualifications and screen resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Coordinate with the CEO and Team Leads to forecast hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Tracking and updating of hiring priorities
  • Compose Job Offers
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work in line with its core values
  • Meeting recruitment targets and deliverables
  • Ensure all HR SOP documents are understood
  • Other HR related tasks
Experience
    • 3+ years of technical recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in web development, design, or digital marketing roles
    • Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions and meeting recruitment targets
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
    • Familiarity with technical roles, programming languages, and digital marketing competencies
Skills
    • Strong understanding of technical roles including web developers, designers, digital marketers, and related positions
    • Excellent sourcing abilities across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche job boards
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates at all levels
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail for candidate evaluation and market research
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with stakeholders
    • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and other recruiting tools
    • Adaptability and flexibility to adjust strategies based on changing hiring needs
    • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
Bonus
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
    • Experience with remote hiring and distributed team management
    • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and local hiring practices
    • Certification in recruiting or talent acquisition (PHR, SHRM, CIR)
    • Experience in agency or consulting environment
    • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
