Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks an HR Admin at University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role handles HR records, payroll support, and policy inquiries in a high-volume environment.

Location is onsite at the hospital with Monday–Friday schedule; online applications are accepted. Prior high-volume recruiting experience is preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• Maintains HR and corporate records.
• Supports payroll processing and answering policy-related questions.

Responsibilities

• Custodian of Human Resources documents and records.
• Processes employee information including payroll data and performance reviews; enters data into company systems.
• Initiates and monitors background checks; communicates results to hiring manager.
• Monitors compliance with I-9, OFCCP and HR policies.
• Maintains complete, accurate filing system for document retrieval.
• Compiles data from personnel records to prepare reports; maintains databases/spreadsheets.
• Answers associate requests and escalates as needed; directs to resources.
• Schedules onboarding appointments and helps candidates complete paperwork.
• Supports employee relocation programs.
• Maintains bulletin boards to ensure posting requirements.
• Maintains confidentiality in all matters.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
