We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Ridgeview Behavioral Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, the Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to support the organization's mission and goals
Recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates for all open positions
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee recognition
Administer benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures
Develop and maintain personnel policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on human resources-related matters
2+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
Strong knowledge of human resources laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
