• Support inspection readiness efforts, including resident outreach, appointment scheduling, and unit access coordination
• Assist with pre-inspection unit walks and documentation of deficiencies
• Track corrective actions and confirm closeout documentation is complete and accurate
• Maintain organized records and update readiness dashboards and logs
• Coordinate with Facilities and Management to prioritize repairs tied to inspection outcomes
• Provide residents with clear expectations for access and preparation in a respectful, service-driven manner
• Create and maintain work orders from start to finish

Job description

Overview: The HQS/INSPIRE Compliance Specialist is an onsite position who supports inspection readiness and ongoing compliance execution at Boulevard Together. The HQS Compliance Specialist assists with unit preparation, documentation, resident coordination, and follow-up tracking to ensure consistent outcomes and sustained readiness. The role is a team-oriented position that works collaboratively with colleagues in the same role, as well as with other on-site departments as needed and reports to the Compliance Director.
