The HQS/INSPIRE Compliance Specialist at Boulevard Together is an onsite role supporting inspection readiness and ongoing compliance execution. You will assist with unit preparation, documentation, resident coordination, and tracking to ensure readiness and consistent results.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance support, inspections, property management, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Professional communication skills and comfort interacting with residents.
  • Experience with housing inspections or regulated housing programs preferred.
  • Bilingual ability based on site needs preferred.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; occasional lifting of light office materials.
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends based on site needs.
  • Ability to conduct regular unit and common area walks; may require climbing stairs and carrying light materials.

Overview: The HQS/INSPIRE Compliance Specialist is an onsite position who supports inspection readiness and ongoing compliance execution at Boulevard Together. The HQS Compliance Specialist assists with unit preparation, documentation, resident coordination, and follow-up tracking to ensure consistent outcomes and sustained readiness.
