Job summary

All About Animals Rescue in Flint, Michigan, is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven surgeon dedicated to ending pet overpopulation. The role involves performing spay/neuter surgeries for cats and dogs in a high-volume setting, with mentorship and opportunities across four locations.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan veterinary license (or ability to obtain).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to safely and efficiently perform spay/neuter, and soft tissue surgery on both dogs and cats (advanced training available).
• Alignment with AAAR's mission to reduce access-to-care barriers for underserved pet owners

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume spay/neuter surgeries at Flint facility.
• Maintain high-quality patient care during 8 am–5 pm schedule.
• Collaborate with team for mentorship and ongoing HQHVSN skill development.
