Job summary

Mason Equity Group, LLC is seeking an In-House Property Maintenance Specialist to oversee daily interior and exterior maintenance of our four-story Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. The role ensures the building remains safe, clean, fully functional, and well-maintained, with opportunities for internal advancement across the Columbus portfolio.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience in a commercial or large facility.
• Strong knowledge of general building systems and repairs.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across a 127,000 SF, four-story facility.
• Address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting and minor mechanical issues.
• Troubleshoot and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
• Snow removal and exterior grounds maintenance during winter months.
• Maintain organized maintenance logs and documentation; monitor building systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building policies; confidentiality in a corporate setting.
