Mason Equity Group is seeking a reliable In-House Property Maintenance Specialist for our 127,000 square foot headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. The role focuses on interior and exterior maintenance, ensuring the building remains clean, safe, and fully functional while maintaining confidentiality in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities include routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience required (commercial or large facility preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of general building systems and repairs.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across a 127,000 SF facility.
• Address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor mechanical issues.
• Troubleshoot and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
• Snow removal and ice management during winter months.
• Maintain walkways, entry points and exterior grounds.
• Maintain organized maintenance logs and documentation.
• Monitor building systems and report concerns proactively.
• Manage tools, supplies and inventory; ensure safety compliance.
