Qualifications

• 5+ years as Building/Facilities Engineer with senior responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical operations.
• Experience supporting corporate offices or HQ environments.
• Ability to lead facilities operations independently and make decisions.
• Read blueprints and technical docs; maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation, maintenance, and repair of HQ building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, life-safety).
• Serve as primary technical contact for headquarters facilities operations.
• Troubleshoot complex building system issues.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Inspect facilities for safety, integrity, and appearance.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs and projects.
• Support executives and high-profile meetings with minimal disruption.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance records.
• Ensure compliance with codes and corporate standards.
• Support sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives.
• Provide on-call or after-hours support; mentor junior staff.
