• Maintain and move parts from injection molding machines to weigh scales to avoid overflow of WIP.
• Identify and verify parts and counts.
• Visually inspect product for defects to ensure quality parts meet specs.
• Alert shift Mold Technician of machine malfunctions or scrap issues.
• Pack and label manufactured parts per job instructions; construct packing boxes as needed.
• Enter data on log sheets during quality checks to track production.
• Keep work area organized and maintain clean, orderly procedures.
