Job summary

Barrett Plastics is seeking a Production Worker I to operate and monitor production on multiple machine lines. You will follow SOPs to run injection molding processes, inspect products for defects, and assist with material handling and packaging in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires good physical stamina to stand for 8-10 hours, attention to detail, and reliability. You will work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily production targets while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience a plus, but not required.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to sit or stand for duration of 8-10 hour shift, have good eyesight to verify quality, lift up to 45 pounds.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on tasks to ensure product quality.
• Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with others

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production on multiple machine lines following standard operating procedures.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report issues to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with handling and storage of raw materials.
• Assemble components and package finished products according to specifications.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and well-maintained for safety and hygiene.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
