The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong reading and verbal skills in English, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours. Safety and teamwork are essential in this hands-on manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in molding processes.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Must stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Basic math skills and safety awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Operate or tend plastic molding machine to mold and form thermoplastic materials.
• Monitor machine operation and align plastic sheeting for proper side flanges.
• Inspect molded parts for surface defects and remove from mold or conveyor.
• Reload mold, stack parts, and process orders per production schedule.
• Report defects and follow work orders and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow supervisor directions.
