The successful candidate will have 5+ years of chemical processing experience, strong process design knowledge, and hands-on experience with Aspen Plus or HYSYS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years in chemical processing or related field, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of process design, optimization, and chemical engineering principles.
• Experience with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and oversee chemical processes for HPDU program production.
• Conduct feasibility studies and simulations for new or modified processes.
• Analyze existing processes to identify improvements and cost reductions.
• Ensure safety, OSHA/EPA compliance and environmental regulations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
