Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• Ten (10+) years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting complex manufacturing facilities with integrated digital and operational systems.
• Demonstrated experience integrating engineering, manufacturing, operations, and IT systems and teams.
• U.S. citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining a DOE clearance.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated manufacturing systems architecture for HPDU production.
• Lead integration of MES, laboratory systems, automation platforms, ERP, analytics, and engineering tools.
• Partner with IT to define and execute a digital roadmap for phased deployment.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools, digital twins, MBSE, and advanced automation.
• Support requirements development, interface control, and system integration across disciplines.
• Lead vendor and technology evaluations for software and automation systems.
• Develop system requirements, interface control documents, and integration plans.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear quality, configuration management, cybersecurity, and regulatory expectations.
• Support commissioning, readiness, and sustainment of digital/manufacturing systems.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and digital transformation.
