Erias Ventures, LLC. is seeking a Systems Engineer who will collaborate with customer stakeholders to support a closed system spanning multiple locations across Capabilities and Operations.

The role requires a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and strong Linux, scripting, and containerization skills, with a focus on reliable, well-documented engineering work. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Description

We are seeking a Systems Engineer who shall collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to support a closed system that spans multiple locations across Capabilities and Operations.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Seven (7) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Required Skills

• Proficiency using the Linux CLI and Linux Tools
• Demonstrated experience administering Linux systems
• Experience developing automation scripts (Bash/Python) to streamline operational and maintenance tasks
• Experience with the Agency’s STE/STN security compliance requirements and the ability to ensure systems adhere to established policies
• Familiar with basic Cisco switch configuration
• Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker, Podman, and containerd
• Experience with creating, maintaining, and updating clear, accurate, and accessible technical documentation

Desired Skills

• Experience administering Windows systems
• Experience with NetApp storage devices
• Experience with virtualization technologies including vSphere/vCenter
• Experience with the Atlassian Suite of Tools such as Jira and Confluence

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $180,000 - $215,000.
