AbbVie IR Scientific Computing Solutions seeks a Technology Engineer to implement, configure, maintain, and support software and technology across HPC environments. You will enable computational research by integrating science apps with HPC resources, automating deployments, and maintaining documentation.

Collaboration with R&D teams is essential. The role requires Linux expertise, HPC operations experience, and familiarity with containers and CI/CD practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in relevant field with experience.
• Experience running computational software in HPC environments.
• Strong Linux and command-line proficiency.
• Experience with HPC schedulers or orchestration (Slurm/Kubernetes).
• Troubleshooting software installation, configuration, and runtime issues.
• Experience with software/environment management tools (conda/mamba/EasyBuild/Spack).
• Containerizing applications (Docker/Apptainer).
• CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions).
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
