AbbVie IR Scientific Computing is seeking a highly motivated Technology Engineer to implement, configure, maintain, and support software solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid HPC environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and support software applications in HPC environments (e.g., Schrödinger, Posit)
• Partner with HPC operations teams to configure and integrate HPC apps with schedulers (Slurm) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automating builds and deployments
• Enable reliable integration with HPC environments and access to resources
• Assist users with access to HPC environments and workflows
• Troubleshoot issues, investigate performance problems, and maintain documentation
• Create and improve administrator- and user-facing HPC documentation
