Atrium Health CMC HPB Surgery in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an engaged Ambulatory Supervisor to lead the HPB Surgery clinic and support both clinical and clerical teams. The role emphasizes strong leadership, efficient clinic operations, and focus on patient-centered, high-quality care.

The supervisor will coordinate staffing, monitor workflows, ensure compliance, and drive staff onboarding and development in a fast-paced surgical specialty environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• BSN required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory, surgical, or specialty clinic setting.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Experience collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HPB Surgery clinic.
• Provide leadership for both clinical and clerical staff.
• Supervise team members and coordinate clinic staffing and coverage.
• Approve and manage employee timecards.
• Maintain clinic supply inventory.
• Address patient concerns and participate in operational/leadership meetings.
• Support onboarding and professional development for staff.
• Monitor clinic workflows and ensure compliance with policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
