Qualifications

• RN license in North Carolina is required.
• BSN is required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory, surgical, or specialty clinic setting.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HPB Surgery clinic.
• Supervise clinical and clerical staff and coordinate staffing and coverage.
• Approve and manage employee timecards and clinic supply inventory.
• Address patient concerns and participate in leadership meetings.
• Support onboarding and professional development and ensure compliance with policies and accreditation standards.
