Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• BSN required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in ambulatory, surgical, or specialty clinic setting.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Experience collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HPB Surgery clinic and provide leadership for clinical and clerical staff.
• Coordinate staffing coverage, approve timecards, and manage clinic supply inventory.
• Address patient concerns and participate in operational and leadership meetings.
