Job summary

Audi Exchange Highland Park, part of Semersky Enterprises, Inc., is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to greet clients, sell services, and communicate repair needs. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and smooth collaboration with technicians.

Ideal candidates have prior experience in an automotive service department and familiarity with CDK. Bi-weekly draw with commissions, benefits, and a climate-controlled shop are offered to support a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous experience in automotive service department desired.
• Experience writing repair tickets.
• Experience with CDK system advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival to the service department.
• Sell various services to customers.
• Advise customers on recommended repairs and communicate repair status.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction rates.
• Coordinate with BDC to ensure loaners are available when needed.
• Act as liaison between technicians and customers.
• Write brief, accurate descriptions of customer concerns for technicians.

What you\'ll do for us

• Greet clients upon arrival to the service department
