2020 Companies, in partnership with HP, is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to demonstrate products at Best Buy locations. You will engage customers, tailor demonstrations to needs, and build rapport with store staff and management to drive sales.

You should be an enthusiastic, tech-savvy problem-solver with strong communication skills. Hours are capped at 15 per week, with weekend availability and potential Friday flexibility depending on location.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $17.00 per hour + Weekly Performance Bonus (Details below.)

Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

About the Position

Become a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate! HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s). You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

Qualifications

• Be a problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast.

• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech or wireless a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
• 1-year job experience required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
