Overview: Become a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate!

Job Type: Regular Work

Location: Best Buy 664 - Bluffton, SC 29910 and surrounding office supply stores

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

About the Position

In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s) and surrounding office supply stores. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

Day-in-the-Life

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
• Responsible for maintaining professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
• Responsible for reporting and competitive insights

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees

• Welcome customers and offer assistance
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
• Accurately document and report sales

• Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional and presentable at all times
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
