Job summary

Become a part-time HP PC Sales Representative at Best Buy in Erie, PA. Pay is $19.00 per hour with a schedule of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (up to 14 hours per week).

Overview

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest features of premium PCs.
• Leverage AI training to demonstrate new technologies on PCs.
• Build relationships with store associates and communicate the value proposition of premium products.
• Drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment.
• Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at the big box retail store.
• Create a memorable customer experience and maintain professional relationships with retail partners.
• Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation.
• Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
• Report and provide competitive insights.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality, eager to learn.
• Comfortable engaging customers and demonstrating products with hands‑on demonstration.
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail experience or customer service experience a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
• 1‑year job experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi–task in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
