Job summary

CyberTeck Academy in the United States is seeking a part-time, paid internship teacher for Fall 2026. The role involves traveling to assigned schools in VA/MD/DC counties to teach Minecraft programming and game design to students aged 5–14. A vehicle is required to transport equipment; shifts run after school with 2-4 days per week.

Paid training provided and no prior experience is required. Shifts are 2.5–5 hours, with additional pay for multi-class shifts.

Qualifications

• Familiar with video and/or computer games.
• Enjoys working with and teaching kids between 5 and 14 years of age.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work well independently.
• Must be able to pass a criminal and sex offender background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick up equipment from our local facility and travel to assigned school.
• Show up on time; we are responsible for children.
• Set up laptops and related equipment for 8-12 children.
• Teach Minecraft Programming, Game Design, Animation, and/or Lego Robotics classes.
• Ensure students safely leave with appropriate parents or staff.
