Qualifications

• 1+ year of workers' compensation experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle and support workers' compensation matters from initial intake through resolution.
• Review medical records, claim documentation, and other evidence.
• Assist with case strategy, claim evaluation, negotiations, and settlements.
• Communicate with clients and other parties regarding case developments.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings and other proceedings as appropriate.
• Draft correspondence, legal documents, and case-related materials.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations.
• Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files.
• Take on increasing responsibility as your experience develops.
