Orion Placement in Houston is seeking an attorney to handle workers' compensation matters from intake to resolution. The role emphasizes reviewing medical records, evaluating claims, and negotiating settlements while working alongside experienced attorneys.
The successful candidate will hold an active Texas Bar license, preferably with workers' compensation experience, and strong written and verbal communication. Some hybrid or remote flexibility may be available as you integrate with the team.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Location: Houston, Texas. This role is primarily on-site, with limited hybrid or remote flexibility available depending on experience, performance, and business needs.
Note: An active Texas attorney license is the only hard requirement for consideration. Prior workers' compensation experience is preferred, with approximately 1+ year being an ideal background, but it is not required to interview.
