Job summary

ABC Home Medical Supply, Inc is seeking a Territory Manager to drive strategic sales in the Urology market. Covering a 75-mile radius around Houston, TX, this field-based role builds relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals, with frequent travel (30-50%).

The incumbent must reside in the Houston metropolitan area and hold a Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience.
• Experience selling products/services to private and public sectors.
• Experience working with distributors and retailers.
• Experience in continence, critical care, ostomy, or wound care fields is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned products and territory.
• Develop and implement strategic selling initiatives with key business partners.
• Maintain and foster relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and develop tailored solutions.
