ConocoPhillips is seeking an Analyst, Trade Compliance to support the Senior Advisors in managing Import and Export compliance across the supply chain. This onsite Houston role focuses on SPOC coordination, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with brokers, freight forwarders, and business units.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in trade compliance or a related field, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail, enabling timely responses to CF-28/CF-29 requests and accurate

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customs, logistics, trade compliance, or related documentation-heavy role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting/tracking tools.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support SPOC network administration across Supply Chain, Commercial, and Business Units.
• Assist with audits, tracking remediation, and audit evidence collection.
• Coordinate documentation for filings, CF-28/CF-29 responses, and compliance reporting.
